Olufemi A. Omitaomu

Olufemi A. Omitaomu is an Adjunct Professor at the Department of Industrial and Systems Engineering within the Tickle College of Engineering at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. He serves as a Group Leader and Distinguished R&D Staff at Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL), leading the Computational Urban Sciences Group in the Computational Sciences and Engineering Division.

Key methodologies include agent-based modeling, multicriteria decision analysis, and wavelet shrinkage, applied to domains like energy systems, disaster management, and urban sustainability.
