Olga Thomas

Professor Olga Thomas holds the position of Vice Dean (Education) and Director of Education within the Faculty of Laws at University College London. She joined UCL in 2007 and has held roles including Law Admissions Tutor, Departmental Tutor, and Director of Undergraduate Programmes. Her academic leadership focuses on education strategy, student experience, and institutional initiatives.

Her professional interests include diversification of assessment methods, reform of tutoring systems, online education development, student mental wellbeing support, and academic integrity. She has led UCL-wide initiatives on contract cheating and redesigned postgraduate taught programs. As Director of Education, she oversees quality assurance, admissions policy, and regulatory frameworks for student affairs.
