Mr. Keith Uff is a Lecturer in Law at the University of Birmingham, a position he has held since 1972. He holds a BA, BCL, MA from Lincoln College, Oxford, and is a Barrister (Gray’s Inn). His teaching focuses on modules such as Civil Procedure & Evidence, Agency & Partnership, and Contract Law at both LLB and LLM levels. He has led modules on Agency & Domestic Sale of Goods and has supervised postgraduate research in Civil Procedure, Evidence in civil cases, Contract, and Commercial Law.
He has held visiting appointments at the University of Mauritius, University of Stockholm, University of Bayreuth, University of Warwick, and University of Osnabrück. Formerly, he served as Assistant Editor of Civil Justice Quarterly, Executive General Secretary of the International Association of Procedural Law, and Assistant Director of the Legal Office at the University of Birmingham. Recently, he delivered guest lectures on 'International Investment Law and Arbitration' at the University of Exeter (2020-2021) and University of Reading (2021-2022).
