Ms. Kate Ellis is a Senior Lecturer in Construction, Property and Surveying at the School of Built Environment and Architecture, London South Bank University (LSBU). She holds dual expertise as a legal professional and academic, having practiced law in Guernsey post her call to the Bar by Gray’s Inn in 2008. Her roles include Equality Disability and Inclusion Lead, Health and Wellbeing Lead, and Academic Lead for Construction Law at her school.

Research Interests: Focuses on advancing gender equality and female participation in senior professional roles within the construction industry.
