Nicky Harding

Nicky Harding is a Senior Lecturer at De Montfort University's School of Design under the Faculty of Arts, Design and Humanities. Since joining DMU in 2014, she specializes in teaching Interior Design with a focus on exhibition environments, leveraging her 16 years of industry experience in exhibition design and freelance work during her Masters studies.

Her research focuses on museum/exhibition design, narrative spatial environments, and industry-linked live projects. Teaching responsibilities include presentation skills, solid modeling, technology and materials, and final major projects.

Nicky maintains strong industry connections through collaborative research initiatives and serves as a professional bridge between academia and exhibition design practice.
