Neil Lent

Dr Neil Lent is a Lecturer in University Learning and Teaching at the Institute for Academic Development (IAD) at the University of Edinburgh. His role includes supporting course and programme design, enhancing assessment and feedback, and contributing to initiatives like the QAA Scotland quality cluster on resilient PGT learning communities.

Research interests include relational and socio-cultural approaches to learning and teaching, with a focus on employability and evaluating cultural change in higher education. He is also a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
