Nathan E. Busch

Nathan E. Busch serves as Distinguished Professor and James and Cynthia Crawford Professor of U.S. National Security Studies in the Department of Political Science at Christopher Newport University, where he also co-directs the Center for American Studies.

His academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Political Science from the University of Toronto, an M.A. in Political Science from Michigan State University, and a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Toronto.

Professor Busch's research centers on U.S. national security policy with specialized expertise in homeland security frameworks, counterterrorism strategies, and weapons of mass destruction nonproliferation regimes.
