Molly Rozum is an Associate Professor and Ronald M. Nelson Distinguished Professor in the Department of History at the University of South Dakota. She specializes in Northern Great Plains history, U.S. Canadian borderlands, women's history, and environmental/cultural history.
Her research examines place-making in transnational grassland regions, suffrage movements, and settler colonial agricultural adaptation. Recent scholarly work includes the award-winning book Grasslands Grown and collaborative projects on equality in voting rights.
