Mohammed Ishaq

Mohammed Ishaq is a Professor and Reader in Human Resource Management at the School of Business and Creative Industries, specializing in equality, diversity, and social inclusion. His research spans sociology, politics, and business management, with a focus on race, religion, gender, and immigration. He has published extensively and consults for organizations like the Scottish Government and Equality and Human Rights Commission.

Current research includes BAME staff experiences in UK academic libraries, Saudi women's labor market perceptions, and ethnic minority perspectives in Renfrewshire. Collaborations involve SCONUL, Scottish Football Association, and Renfrewshire Council. He holds external roles such as Equality and Diversity Advisory Board Member at the Scottish Football Association and Director of PACHEDU.
