Milena Rutz

Milena Rutz is a Researcher and academic leader at the School of Applied Psychology at the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland FHNW. She holds roles as Quality Development Officer, Knowledge & Technology Transfer Officer, and Head of Studies for the HF Interaction Design program at the School of Design in Bern. Her work bridges academic research with practical innovation, focusing on digital product development, organizational transformation, and UX research.

Education: Master of Science in Psychology (University of Bern, 2013), Bachelor of Science in Psychology (University of Basel, 2007), and MAS in Strategic Design (Zurich University of the Arts, 2023).
