Miguel Reyes is an Adjunct Professor in Illustration and Entertainment Design. Born in Colima, Mexico, on September 29, 1964, and immigrated to the United States in 1975. He holds a BFA in Communication Arts from Otis Parsons School of Design (1987) and works as a portrait and figurative painter, muralist, printmaker, and illustrator in Los Angeles. His artistic practice combines expressionist brushwork and a saturated palette influenced by his background in photography.
