Ronald Llanos

Ronald Llanos is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at ArtCenter College of Design, teaching in programs such as ArtCenter At Night and ArtCenter for Teens. He specializes in illustration, figure drawing, and character design, contributing to both academic and public art projects. Llanos graduated from ArtCenter’s Illustration program with honors in 2003 and has since created commissioned works for institutions like the Los Angeles County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, including mosaic panels and exhibition posters. His artistic practice focuses on urban landscapes, as seen in his solo exhibition 'Snapshots' at Avenue 50 Studio Gallery.

His research interests span public art installations, urban environment documentation through illustration, and pedagogical approaches to figure drawing and composition. Llanos has exhibited widely in Southern California galleries since 2003 and has taught at institutions including Woodbury University and Brentwood Art Center.
