Miguel Angel Reyes

Miguel Angel Reyes is an Adjunct Instructor in the department of Illustration / Entertainment Design. Born on September 29, 1964, in Colima, Mexico, he migrated to the United States in 1975 and earned a BFA in Communication Arts from Otis Parsons School of Design in 1987. Based in Los Angeles, he is a multidisciplinary artist specializing in portraiture, figurative painting, murals, printmaking, and illustration.

His work combines expressionist techniques with vibrant color palettes, celebrating Latin American artistic traditions.
