Michelle Malomo

Michelle Malomo is a Senior Lecturer in the Department for Children & Families within the School of Education at the University of Worcester. She coordinates the Foundation Degree in Early Years partnership program and lectures on early childhood education.

Her research focuses on early years pedagogy, play-based learning, and family support systems. With extensive experience in Early Years management and Playwork, she brings practical insights into childhood development frameworks.
