Michał Wojdała

Dr. Michał Wojdała is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Szczecin. His research focuses on civil procedural law and transportation law, particularly in areas such as evidence in road transport disputes and legal technology applications. He is currently preparing a doctoral dissertation on 'Proving in Disputes Concerning the Carriage of Goods by Road' under the supervision of Dr. hab. Kinga Flaga-Gieruszyńska and Dr. Daniel Dąbrowski. His teaching includes courses on civil procedure, bankruptcy law, and Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), with some classes delivered in English.

He holds roles as a legal advisor at the District Chamber of Legal Advisors in Szczecin and actively participates in university governance, including membership in the Research Team of Civil Procedural Law and Computerization of the Justice System, the University Electoral Commission, and the Anti-Mobbing Commission. He also serves as the faculty coordinator for the MOST program, fostering international student mobility.

His research and publications address procedural law challenges, IoT in logistics, and e-justice systems. Key themes include the intersection of technology with legal processes, regulatory frameworks for transportation, and procedural continuity in civil litigation.
