Dr. Michał Wojdała is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration, University of Szczecin. His research focuses on civil procedural law and transportation law, particularly in areas such as evidence in road transport disputes and legal technology applications. He is currently preparing a doctoral dissertation on 'Proving in Disputes Concerning the Carriage of Goods by Road' under the supervision of Dr. hab.
