Dr. Konrad Garnowski is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Szczecin, Poland. His academic journey includes a 2011 LL.B. from the University of Szczecin and a 2019 Ph.D. from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, focusing on transportation law.
