Mesut Karakoc

Mesut Karakoc is a Senior Fellow at the Institute for Public Administration (IPA) within the Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Delaware. His work focuses on conflict resolution, public policy, and civic education. He leads programs such as the Birth to Three Mediation and Facilitation Programs, Special Education Dispute Resolution Services (SPARC), and the Delaware Center for Civics Education. Karakoc is also involved in regional development initiatives and policy research through the IPA's interdisciplinary platforms.

His research interests emphasize practical applications of conflict resolution in education systems, civic engagement strategies, and regional planning.
