Chase E. Barnes

Chase E. Barnes is an Associate Policy Scientist at the Institute for Public Administration (IPA) within the Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Delaware. His work focuses on health policy, local government management, and public administration. Barnes holds an MPA in Health Policy from the University of Delaware (2022) and a BA in Political Science with minors in Philosophy and Sociology from Columbia College (2016).
