Kevin Carson

Kevin Carson serves as a Senior Fellow at the Institute for Public Administration (IPA), a research center within the Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Delaware. He is based in Graham Hall, Newark, DE.

His research spans public policy and administration with emphasis on evidence-based governance solutions. Key focus areas include:
