Melissa R. Myrick

Melissa R. Myrick serves as an Instructor and Math Readiness Program Coordinator at The Citadel's Department of Mathematical Sciences, within the Swain Family School of Science and Mathematics. She transitioned to academia after a career in nuclear engineering and high school teaching, earning a Master of the Art of Teaching (MAT) Mathematics from The Citadel following her BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
