Matthew Wong is a Sessional Lecturer at UBC Sauder School of Business teaching entrepreneurship courses. His research examines corporate culture with focus on entrepreneurial and start-up environments, bridging academic theory and business practice.
Dr. Wong holds a PhD from Ivey Business School where he studied organizational culture and innovation. He develops case studies on entrepreneurship and small business management while maintaining consulting engagements with organizations on culture development.
