Mary Stokes is a Senior Fellow at the LSE Law School and teaches part-time on the LL203 Law of Business Associations course. She retired from the Chancery Bar in 2022 after 30 years of practice, specializing in company law, insolvency, and financial services litigation. She previously practised at Erskine Chambers, the UK's leading company law set, and held a 6-year appointment as a Fellow and Tutor in Law at Brasenose College, Oxford.
