Professor Martin Davies holds the Niels F. Johnsen Chair in Maritime Law and directs the Tulane Maritime Law Center at Tulane University. Previously, he was the Harrison Moore Professor of Law at the University of Melbourne. His expertise spans Admiralty Law, International Trade Law, Conflict of Laws, and Torts.
