Weiming TAN is an Assistant Professor at the Faculty of Law, National University of Singapore (NUS Law), where he joined as a Sheridan Fellow in 2020. His research focuses on commercial chancery law, including equity, trusts, insolvency law, fiduciary regulation, and legal remedies. His work appears in prestigious journals such as the Law Quarterly Review, Modern Law Review, and Journal of Equity. Singapore’s Court of Appeal and High Court have cited his scholarship in landmark rulings.
