Martha Snow is a Research Fellow at the Care Policy and Evaluation Centre (CPEC), London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), since 2023. She specializes in mixed-methods evaluations of health and social care programmes with emphasis on social inequalities and gender dynamics.

Dr. Snow investigates how marginalized groups experience intersecting inequalities globally through qualitative research, ethnography, and scoping reviews. She currently conducts rapid evaluations for the SOCRATES programme and the national Adult Social Care Technology Fund evaluation (NIHR PIRU), integrating innovative methodologies and creative practices to address systemic inequities in care systems.
With prior roles at SafeLives (domestic abuse research) and the Tavistock Institute (social research consulting), she brings extensive non-profit sector experience. Fluent in English, Portuguese, and Spanish, she has implemented human rights initiatives across Costa Rica, Brazil, Thailand, and Palestine.
