Beth Snow serves as Head of Program Evaluation at the Centre for Advancing Health Outcomes (Providence Health Care), leading projects like the Clinical & Systems Transformation initiative to standardize clinical practices and implement Cerner EHR systems across health organizations. She holds a Credentialed Evaluator (CE) designation from the Canadian Evaluation Society and is the CES BC Chapter President.
Dr. Snow earned a B.Sc. (Biochemistry) from McMaster University (1999), M.Sc. (Human Biology/Nutritional Sciences) from the University of Guelph (2000), PhD (Human Nutrition) from UBC (2006), and an MBA from UBC Sauder School of Business (2014). Her work bridges research evidence and health service delivery, emphasizing equity and marginalized populations.
Her expertise includes evaluation methodologies, health informatics, and collaborative models for health systems. She previously managed a transdisciplinary research program on gender, mental health, and addictions at the BC Centre of Excellence for Women’s Health, and served as Evaluation Specialist in Public Health at Fraser Health. Dr. Snow has taught at Simon Fraser University, UBC, and the Justice Institute of British Columbia.
