Markus Bugge is an Associate Professor at the Centre for Technology, Innovation and Culture (TIK) at the University of Oslo. Previously, he held roles including Associate Professor at the Institute for Technology Systems (ITS) and Lecturer at UNIK University Centre at Kjeller. His work focuses on understanding socio-technical transitions, innovation policy, and their impacts on economic and societal development. Current projects include digital transformation in renovation, education digitization, traffic safety innovation, and healthcare innovation metrics.
