Annechen Bahr Bugge is a sociologist and Researcher I at Consumption Research Norway (SIFO), Oslo Metropolitan University. Her work focuses on food culture, culinary heritage, and sustainable consumption patterns, with particular emphasis on Norwegian dietary traditions and their evolution from the 16th century to present day.
