Marcus W. Dickson is a Professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology at Wayne State University, serving as Area Head for I/O Psychology, Director of the MA program, and Coordinator of APORG. He holds appointments in the Department of Psychology within the College of Liberal Arts and Sciences. His research focuses on cross-cultural leadership dynamics, organizational behavior, and ethical leadership. Dr. Dickson has been recognized with prestigious awards including the Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology’s Distinguished Contributions in Teaching Award and election as a Fellow of the Society.
Education: Earned his Ph.D. (1997), M.A. (1994), and B.A. (1988) in Psychology from the University of Maryland and West Virginia Wesleyan College respectively. His teaching spans undergraduate to doctoral levels across the U.S. and internationally in Taiwan, Singapore, Germany, and Ireland.
