Eric C. Marcus is a Distinguished Lecturer and Coordinator of the Master’s in Industrial & Organizational Psychology (MAIOP) program at the University of New Haven's Psychology Department within the College of Arts and Sciences. He concurrently serves as an adjunct faculty member at Columbia University’s International Center for Cooperation and Conflict Resolution, teaching courses in conflict resolution and organizational development. A certified mediator in New York State, he practices community mediation in Bronx County.
Dr. Marcus holds a Ph.D. and M.A. in Social and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a B.A. from Binghamton University.
