Marcus Butts is a Professor and Department Chair of Management, Strategy, and Entrepreneurship at the Cox School of Business, Southern Methodist University. He holds a PhD in Psychology from the University of Georgia and previously taught at the University of Texas at Arlington (UTA), where he received multiple teaching and service awards.
Research Interests: His expertise spans work-life interface, leadership dynamics, and advanced analytical methods like experience sampling, multilevel statistics, and latent variable modeling.
