Marcella Reekie is an Instructor Emeritus in the Department of English at Kansas State University. She retired in August 2022 after 37 years of service, including roles as a Graduate Teaching Assistant (1982–1985), Temporary Instructor (1985), Regularized Instructor (1988), and Senior Instructor. She specialized in Written Communication for Engineers, teaching ENGL 415 since 1984, and created a free digital textbook via an Open Access Textbook Grant (2015–2016).
Education: B.Sc. in English and History (Union College, 1982) and M.A. in English (Kansas State University, 1985, emphasis in Literature).
