Mallory Prideaux

Mallory Prideaux is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatrics at the University of Rochester Medical Center and serves as the Assistant Medical Director for the Golisano Children's Hospital NICU. She is affiliated with the University of Rochester Medical Faculty Group (URMFG) and Accountable Health Partners (AHP), a network offering comprehensive care across the region.

Her research focuses on the care of extremely low birth weight (ELBW) preterm infants, with an emphasis on preventing bronchopulmonary dysplasia and other complications of premature birth. She actively engages in quality improvement (QI) initiatives in the NICU, including projects to reduce acute kidney injury and bronchopulmonary dysplasia in preterm infants. Her work bridges neonatal clinical practice with systematic healthcare enhancements.
