Malcolm Cook

Professor Malcolm Cook is currently serving as Dean of School and holds the position of Professor of Building Performance Analysis. His expertise spans low energy building design, computational fluid dynamics (CFD), and natural ventilation. He has led a £10m research and enterprise portfolio, focusing on projects such as low energy cooling in India, thermal comfort modeling, and ventilation strategies to mitigate SARS-CoV-2 transmission. His work has advised governments on reopening venues safely.
