Mahendra Kumar

Dr. Mahendra Kumar is an Honorary Associate Professor at the Australian National University's Institute for Climate, Energy & Disaster Solutions. Based in Suva, Fiji, he serves as an Independent Policy and Technical Advisor on climate change, with nearly two decades of experience in climate change activities, disaster risk management, green growth, renewable energy, and sustainable development. His career spans roles such as Vice Chancellor, Dean of Science & Technology, and Director of the Centre of Climate Change, Energy Environment and Sustainable Development at the University of Fiji.
