Dr. Małgorzata Strzelczyk serves as a Lecturer at the Department of Rehabilitation in Internal Medicine within the Institute of Clinical Rehabilitation at the Faculty of Motor Rehabilitation, University of Physical Education in Krakow. She has held this academic position since 2019, contributing to the institution's teaching and research missions.
Dr. Strzelczyk earned her PhD in Physical Culture Sciences in 2018 from the Faculty of Rehabilitation at the University of Physical Education in Krakow. Her doctoral research examined 'The influence of regular winter bathing and physical exercises on selected blood parameters in people with degenerative changes.' She previously obtained a master's degree in physiotherapy in 2013 and a bachelor's degree in physiotherapy in 2011, both from the Academy of Physical Education in Krakow.
Her primary research interests include winter bathing practices, physiotherapy for gynecological conditions, urinary incontinence treatment, and the relationship between physical exercise and blood parameters. Dr. Strzelczyk conducts clinical classes in 'Basics of clinical physiotherapy in gynecology and obstetrics' and 'Functional diagnostics and physiotherapy programming in gynecology and obstetrics.'
Her scholarly work demonstrates a consistent focus on the physiological effects of winter bathing and physical exercise, particularly examining how these activities influence blood properties in individuals with degenerative joint conditions.
