Dr. Lynne Baxter is a Senior Lecturer in Management Systems at the School for Business and Society, University of York. Her career spans academic roles at institutions including the University of Glasgow, Heriot-Watt University, and the University of York. She holds a PhD from Manchester Business School, focusing on organizational power dynamics in computer system implementations. Her research interests include performance improvement, supply chain management, gender studies, organizational symbolism, and research methodologies.
