Lydia Moyer

Lydia Moyer is a Professor in the Department of Studio Art at the University of Virginia (UVA), where she has been since 2006. Her artistic practice bridges print and video, exhibited globally at festivals and galleries.

• BFA from New York State School of Art and Design at Alfred (1999)
• MFA in Studio Practice from UNC Chapel Hill (2005)

Her work explores intersections of print media and video art, with notable showings at the European Media Arts Festival (Germany), Impakt Festival (Netherlands), and Black Maria Festival (Jersey City), among others. She also serves on the Studio Art Special Appointment Faculty Advisory Committee at UVA.
