Antoine Williams is an Assistant Professor of Drawing at the University of Florida's Department of Art & Art History. He holds a BFA from UNC Charlotte (2003) and an MFA from UNC Chapel Hill (2014). His work explores race, class, and Afrofuturism through mixed-media and public art, blending traditional techniques with augmented reality. Notable projects include Mythic Futures (2023), a series of Afrofuturist murals in Washington DC. He has exhibited at venues like the Mint Museum, Smack Mellon Brooklyn, and 21c Museum.
