Louis Yu Luo is a Researcher at Imperial College London's Business School, currently pursuing his PhD. His research examines contrarian strategies, Theory-based View, and the impact of AI on individuals, organizations, and society, with a focus on AI startup scalability and future of work. He combines quantitative analysis and qualitative insights, emphasizing machine learning, causal inference, and field experiments in organizational contexts.
