Louis Quast

Louis Quast serves as Senior Lecturer in the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development within the University of Minnesota's College of Education and Human Development. He teaches leadership, career-development, and human resource development courses while maintaining an active research agenda and professional consulting practice through Korn Ferry Consulting's Leadership and Talent Development practice.
