Dr. Sehoon Kim is an Associate Professor in the Department of Organizational Leadership, Policy, and Development at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. He holds a Ph.D. in Human Resource Development from Texas A&M University, an M.A. in Adult and Life-long Education from Korea University, and a B.A. in Education from Korea University. His professional background includes extensive experience in corporate HRD strategies, employee training, and competency development across global organizations.
Dr. Kim's research focuses on three interconnected areas: the impact of emerging technologies on workforce development, organizational approaches to enhance employee well-being, and methodologies for improving training effectiveness.
