Kenneth Bartlett

Dr. Kenneth Bartlett is a Professor and Hellervik Chair in Leadership and Adult Career Development at the University of Minnesota's College of Education and Human Development. He serves as Co-Director of the Workforce Development and Research Lab and has held leadership roles including Department Chair (2006-2013) and Associate Dean (2010-2018). His research focuses on human resource development (HRD) processes in organizational and tourism contexts, leadership development, and international vocational education policy.

Education: PhD in Human Resource Development from University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign; M.Sc. in Leisure Studies; B.P. & R. Mgt. in Parks and Recreation Management from Lincoln University, New Zealand.
