Lorraine Tady is Associate Professor of Visual Arts, teaching painting, drawing, printmaking, and design. Her artistic practice explores the poetic interpretation of documents through installations, collages and videos incorporating archival materials. Tady exhibits internationally with works in collections including Museum of Modern Art, Boston Museum of Fine Arts, and Yale University.
Her recent Octagon Vibration Series investigates digital and analog processes through mixed-media works exploring architectural spaces and vibrational energy. Tady has curated exhibitions examining color systems, sonic architectonics, and interdisciplinary practices. She serves on arts committees and has received multiple travel and creation awards.
