Lorenzo Massa is a Full Professor at the Aalborg University Business School, part of Aalborg University's Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities. He holds a strategic focus within the Strategy, Organization and Management Group. His academic journey includes roles at EPFL, WU Vienna, and visiting periods at Wharton School and MIT Sloan. Since 2024, he has been on partial unpaid leave to advise Change Logic, a Boston-based innovation consultancy.
