Lisa Wray serves as an Adjunct Instructor in the Health Management Program at Wichita State University and is a Registered Dietitian (RDN, LDN). With over twenty years of professional experience in dietetics, she has worked across a diverse range of settings including clinical, food-service, educational, and commercial food industries. Her practice spans nutrition care for clients from infancy to end-of-life, and she has expertise in addressing the nutritional needs of various cultures, abilities, and socioeconomic groups.
Her primary areas of interest and expertise include Geriatric Nutrition, Clinical Nutrition, Food Service Management, Public Health Nutrition, and Cultural Nutrition. She specializes in providing nutrition care for aging populations and integrates this specialized knowledge into her teaching.
