Kathryn Rioch, EdD, MS, RDN, LDN, serves as Dean of the College of Allied Health Sciences & Distance Education at National University of Health Sciences (NUHS). She has been an instructor since 2010, teaching nutrition courses in the College of Allied Health and College of Professional Sciences. Prior to NUHS, she practiced clinical and consulting dietetics with over 20 years of experience as a registered and licensed dietitian-nutritionist. Her expertise spans nutrition counseling, educational strategies, and healthcare education innovation.
