Lisa Tang

Lisa Tang is an Assistant Professor of Strategy and Policy at the National University of Singapore (NUS) Business School. Her research focuses on corporate strategy, organizational learning, and strategic human capital, particularly in cross-border acquisitions and multinational firms.

Education: PhD in Management from The Wharton School (University of Pennsylvania), BA in Philosophy (Harvard College). Formerly an M&A investment banker at Morgan Stanley in Asia and Europe.

Teaching includes BSP3701 Strategic Management, an integrative capstone course for undergraduate business students focusing on strategy formulation, implementation, and organizational purpose.

Key research awards include SMS Best PhD Paper Prize and SMS Corporate Strategy IG Best Paper Prize. Her work examines M&A integration strategies, multinational firm behavior, and capability-building across organizational boundaries.
