Christoph Brielmaier

Dr. Christoph Brielmaier is a Researcher at the Faculty of Social Sciences, Economics, and Business Administration at the University of Bamberg, Germany, since July 2020. His work focuses on Open Strategy, the Attention-Based View, and New Roles in New Forms of Organizing.

• Coordinates and supervises final theses

• Teaches seminars on Bachelor’s theses, Management Consulting Challenge, Corporate Strategy, and Strategy Practice

Research Interests:
Brielmaier explores how organizational transparency affects employee experiences, how social media biases influence managerial attention, and how framing practices reconcile fragmented attention structures. His work bridges strategic management with sociological and psychological perspectives on attention dynamics.
