Licely Falcon Del Toro

Licely Falcon Del Toro is a Student Services Specialist III and Adjunct Professor of Special Education at the Abraham S. Fischler College of Education and School of Criminal Justice, Nova Southeastern University in San Juan, Puerto Rico. With over 30 years of professional experience, she specializes in Special Education, Assistive Technology, and Visual/Learning Disabilities. Dr. Falcon Del Toro joined NSU in 2017 and has presented on special education, educational leadership, and school administration at local, national, and international conferences.
